Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm. Annual Meeting begins at 6:30 pm.

What’s the Annual Meeting All About?
GVTC’s Annual Meeting is your chance to learn about the company’s direction and vote on important positions and by-law changes. Plus, we’re giving away door prizes! Click here for details on prize giveaway rules and capital credit information.
How to Attend
Join us at the GVTC Auditorium. Doors open at 5:30 pm, and the meeting kicks off at 6:30 pm. Come early to mingle and find a good seat!
We’re doing things a bit differently this year. While we won’t stream the event live, you can watch a video recording available on your online account for 90 days after the meeting. This way, you won’t miss any of the action even if you can’t be there in person.
Make Your Voice Heard: Voting
As a member, your vote is crucial in shaping GVTC’s future. Starting May 28, 2024, you can vote for the candidates you believe in. You can vote by mail, online, or through our easy-to-use GoGVTC app. Click here for more information on voting.
Exciting Prizes for Voting!
Every vote gets you entered into a draw for prizes like an espresso machine, ice maker, an Xbox, and gift cards. One prize per membership. Winners will be contacted individually with instructions.
Voting closes on June 25, 2024, so don’t miss out! The winners will be announced at our Annual Meeting on June 26th.
Capital Credits and Member Dividend Program
We’re thrilled to announce another great year for Capital Credits, with $8.25 million issued in 2024.
The Board has approved applying each active member's capital credits to their June bills ahead of the Annual Meeting. This is a change from previous years when credits were issued after the meeting.
This decision is thanks to our strong financial health, driven by initiatives like our Member Dividend Program and the ongoing fiber overbuild project in our service area. Over the past 12 months, we’ve returned over $15.6 million to members through dividends! GVTC will return a record-breaking $23.85 million back to our members in 2024 through both.
