Time: Doors open at 5:30 pm, Annual Meeting begins at 6:30 pm

Location: GVTC Auditorium

Must be a GVTC member to attend. You can see if you are a member by checking your monthly bill for member dividends or by contacting us.

This year, we're switching things up by hosting the meeting right in our own backyard – the GVTC Auditorium! We're kicking off at 6:30 PM, giving you more time to join in the conversation and enjoy the evening with us.

What's New?

We've heard your feedback and decided to make some changes to ensure an even better experience for everyone. While we won't be streaming the event live, you can catch all the action with a video recording available in your online account for 90 days after the meeting. It's our way of keeping you in the loop while respecting your time.

Make Your Voice Heard: Board Elections and Voting Process:

As a member-driven organization, your voice holds significant weight in shaping the direction of GVTC. The Board Elections present a unique opportunity for you to directly influence the leadership of our company. Beginning May 28, 2024, cast your vote for the candidates you believe will best represent your interests on the GVTC Board. Whether you choose to vote by mail, online, or through our user-friendly GoGVTC app, your participation is crucial.
