In 2025, we took major steps forward to enhance service quality, improve affordability, and expand cutting-edge connectivity:

MultiGig Internet launched and grew rapidly, now serving customers and members throughout our entire service area.
- New Price Lock plans for MultiGig and Symmetrical Speed tiers helped protect affordability and provide long-term peace of mind.
- Our Friends & Family Referral Program was streamlined—both referring and new customers now receive a $100 digital Visa Gift Card just 30 days after installation and first payment.

Outdoor WiFi expanded connectivity, providing customers with reliable, long-range coverage across backyards, patios, large properties, and outdoor living spaces.

The Customer Dividend Program launched, returning meaningful value to customers through a monthly dividend—currently 20% of qualifying services—credited directly to their bill.

Expanding Fiber & Strengthening Our Region
Fiber remains essential to powering local education, business growth, and household connectivity. In 2025, we accelerated our fiber overbuild strategy and expanded service into additional unserved and underserved areas. By investing in next-generation fiber infrastructure, we ensure our region remains competitive and prepared for future demands.
Our regional expansion plans continue to build long-term stability and create opportunities to explore mission-aligned services that benefit our membership.
A Year of Community Impact
GVTC has always been more than a telecommunications provider; we are a partner, a neighbor, and a committed member of the community. That commitment was especially evident this year through the work of The GVTC Foundation.
In 2025, the Foundation contributed more than $678,000, surpassing $7.1 million in total giving and supporting over 158 nonprofit organizations across our service area.
Our employees volunteered 32,000 hours—demonstrating a deep dedication to serving others. From scholarships to holiday meal deliveries, our team continues to make a lasting positive impact.
