Your involvement is crucial in bringing this vision to life. Our ambitious campaign kicks off early, with The GVTC Foundation initiating fundraising efforts and canned goods collections as early as September. This momentum continues unabated until the second week of November. Then, on the Saturday preceding Thanksgiving, the devoted GVTC employees, their families, and dedicated community volunteers unite to distribute these heartfelt meals. ## To lend your support, you have several avenues: ### Monetary Contributions: A contribution of $40 will sponsor a complete meal for one family. You can donate money by visiting our website. [Click here to donate](https://gvtc.com/foundation/give/donate) Additionally, we've simplified the process for you to donate via text. Just send the word "GIVE" to 830-256-8855. If you prefer traditional methods, kindly mail your check to: The GVTC Foundation 36101 FM 3159 New Braunfels, TX 78132 ## Food Donations: You can also contribute by donating specific food items from our curated list. Donations are accepted from now until November 10, 2024. Drop-off points are available at any GVTC Store. ### Required Food Items: - Instant Mashed Potatoes - Jellied Cranberry Sauce (canned) - Green Beans (canned) - Corn (canned) - Gravy (canned or packet) - Stuffing (instant) - Sweet Potatoes/Yams (canned) - Aluminum Turkey Roasters - Turkey Oven Bags - Frozen Turkey (12-15 lbs, only accepted week of delivery) - Loaf of Bread (fresh, only accepted week of delivery) Your support, whether through financial contributions or canned goods donations, is priceless in spreading joy to families in need during this holiday season.
