Here at GVTC, our customers are at the center of all of our products, services, and experiences. Customer service is a point of pride for our company. We’re GVTC customers ourselves, and we know how fellow Texans want to be treated. We strive to maintain the friendly, knowledgeable service that has defined GVTC since the beginning, and we listen to our customers and respond to their needs by offering new technologies and serving our communities.

We want our customers to be connected to the fastest, most reliable internet, phone, security, TV, and fiber in the nation. Our team works hard to ensure each and every member of GVTC receives the best services available.

Many changes have occurred throughout the 70-year history of GVTC, but the loyalty to our customers has remained the same.

Though we have updated the GVTC brand, we promise to continue to keep our customers at the forefront of all of our initiatives. We do have some exciting changes happening with the brand refresh!

Renovations

• Our Boerne and Smithson Valley stores will be undergoing lobby renovations, including new furniture, new décor, and new signage. The Smithson Valley auditorium will also be getting an updated look to match our new brand! We can't wait for you to see the completed redesign when our offices reopen to the public.

New Website

• We are super excited to debut our updated website. The website will include an updated online shop and new details on our services and products for both business and residential customers.

Fleet Vehicles

• I'm sure you have seen our GVTC vehicles driving around your community. These will be revamped over the next several months, with a modern look to show off our new brand! Honk if you love GVTC!

Technician’s Uniforms

• Our talented technicians are a huge part of the success surrounding GVTC. Whether rain or sunshine, blazing heat, or freezing temperatures, they are out making sure you get the best service possible! They will be sporting our brand new logo and color palette while supporting customers.
