GVTC Extends Keep Americans Connected Pledge

As COVID-19 cases spike, GVTC recognizes how crucial internet is right now. And, while GVTC first committed to the FCC’s “Keep America Connected Pledge" on March 23, 2020, to ensure every customer continued to have access despite personal hardships, it's clear that more work is still to be done.

We're proud to announce that GVTC is extending its pledge to Keep Americans Connected again, this time through July 31, 2020.

The pledge states:

Given the Coronavirus pandemic and its impact on American society, GVTC Communications pledges for the next 60 days to:

 (1) Not terminate service to any residential or small business customers because of their inability to pay their bills due to the disruptions caused by the coronavirus pandemic;

(2) Waive any late fees that any residential or small business customers incur because of their economic circumstances related to the coronavirus pandemic; and

(3) Open its WiFi hotspots to any American who needs them.

We are working diligently to meet the spirit of the pledge and ensure that those customers that are financially impacted by the coronavirus have access to the Internet. We hope to alleviate stress customers may be feeling at this time.

Please contact us at 800-367-4882 if we can be of assistance or visit CDC.gov for the most current updates on the matter.
